Terms of Service

  1. Do not remove my watermark.

  2. Unless otherwise discussed, all commissioned pieces are for personal use.

  3. Pieces for commercial use have different pricing. Please inquire and we can work on pricing.

  4. Commissioned pieces may be displayed on my portfolio.

  5. Client is allowed to upload completed piece to their own website/social with proper credit: https://twitter.com/gecczilla

  6. Rushed commissions will incur an additional fee to be decided during negotiation.

  7. Clients that have not responded within two weeks forfeit their piece. Any payments made will not be refunded.

  8. My art cannot be used in NFT of any kind.


Payment

  1. Commissions will be paid either upfront or 50/50 wherein half the fee will be charged before the commission is started and the rest after completion.

  2. Payment will be in United States Dollars (USD).

  3. Payment will be accomplished via PayPal invoice or (for Philippine residents) GCash. GCash transactions will require a screenshot of the invoice as proof of payment.

  4. The unwatermarked full-resolution piece will only be submitted after confirmation of completed payment.

  5. Chargebacks are not allowed.

  6. All pieces are digital ONLY and do not include any physical goods.

  7. All commissions that the client has confirmed are finished will be considered final and non-refundable. No revisions will be made after this point.

  8. Full refunds are only offered if no progress has been made within one (1) month since confirmation.


Commercial Use

  1. Pieces may not be edited with the exception of resizing and minor visual changes to fit a product (ex. shirt, mug).

  2. All commissioned art must be paid in full. Revenue and 'exposure' are not acceptable forms of payment.

  3. Credit must be properly given.
